Sunscreen SPF (SUN PROTECTION FACTOR)- How to choose?
ALWAYS APPLY SUNSCREEN 30 MINUTE BEFORE EXPOSURE TO SUNLIGHT OR KITCHEN.
WHY?
FOR THE PROTECTION FROM UVA AND UVB RADITION.
UV-ULTRAVIOLET radiation is a form of non-ionizing radiation that is emitted by sun and artificial sources.
Natural Sources- The Sun.
There are few types of radiation;
1-UVA,2-UVB,3-UVC depending upon there wavelength.
ULTRAVIOLET A RAYS- UVA has a longer wavelength and it is associated with skin aging.
ULTRAVIOLET B RAYS-UVB has a shorter wavelength and it is associated with skin burning.
IT ALLOWS TO CALCULATE THE DESIRED PROTECTION WE NEED.WITH ABOVE CALCULATION YOU WILL GET 300TIMES MORE PROTECTION THEN BARE SKIN.
THANK YOU.
