Infertility..

During the practise i came across a case regarding an women who was infertile since many years approximtely since almost seven to eight years. I was doing my practise in an charitable based clinic during that Covid -19 was also on a high peak and but they were too much wanted to have a baby so they travel from far passing and crossing from all the rules of lockdown they came to seek consultations about their need. When i asked they said that they want baby and i then adviced them do the ultrasound. Only after next day they came with the ultrasound report and report is that her pouch of doughlas was only infected. She had not any kind of treatment this, then i advised her only over the counter antibiotic treatment for few seven to ten days and multivitamins and rest. The very next month i told her repeat the ultrasound and the problem of pouch of doughlas seems to disappeared.And she also had her missing menses and told her to do the urine pregnancy test and it came positive and the feeling of completeness achieved by the couples.
